Plant Empowered Delaware is a 6-week group coaching course for those living in the Delaware area who are seeking guidance in moving towards plant-based eating. The course has been designed to empower individuals with information, tools, and resources that will help them adopt a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) way of eating. A whole-food, plant-based diet includes food that comes from plants and is free of animal ingredients such as meat, dairy or eggs. It also includes natural foods that are not heavily processed.
Meet Our Coaches

Kat is a physical therapist and board-certified health and wellness coach. In her coaching practice, Kat is passionate about sharing the benefits of plant-based eating, especially the way it can prevent and reverse many chronic conditions.

Stephen has an extensive coaching background. He currently works as a plant-based health advocate and coach supporting individuals interested in adopting a plant strong lifestyle.
