What can you do?

  • Choose compassion.

    Think about the vulnerable animals raised solely for their bodies and their by-products.

  • Change your diet.

    Make plant-based foods either all or the majority of your diet. The plant-based food market has grown tremendously and more options will become available as demand grows.

  • Practice every day.

    It’s about progress not perfection and even the small changes you make every day can have a profound impact. Start with switching to non-dairy milk in your cereal and coffee - you might not even notice the difference!

  • Spread the word.

    Share plant-based recipes and food with others. Tell them about how easy it is to eat plant-based and join them for a meal at your favorite local restaurant (see our resource guide for ideas)!
