  • As a result of consuming the “Standard American Diet,” two-thirds of Americans are either overweight or obese, one in ten suffer from diabetes, and one in four deaths are from heart disease.

    Sure, we have better methods of combating these diseases with surgery, expensive tests and medications, but we have become accustomed to living with disease instead of controlling our health.

    A Whole-Foods, Plant-Based (WFPB) diet provides all of the nutrients needed for a healthy life and none of the harmful elements that come from meat and dairy.

  • We have the ability to eliminate our most dangerous diseases by choosing to eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds instead of animals and animal products (including dairy and eggs).
